We would like to remind you that starting from July 12, 2023, in public procurement procedures where the estimated value of the contract reaches 250 million euros, Regulation No. 2022/2560 of the European Parliament and of the Council on foreign subsidies distorting the internal market (hereinafter referred to as the Subsidy Regulation) will apply.
It is expected that the implementing regulation, which will clarify the format, content, and procedural elements of the Subsidy Regulation notification, will be adopted in the near future. We will inform you about it and kindly ask you to follow the updates on the IUB website.
