ABOUT THE BUREAU
The Procurement Monitoring Bureau is a direct administrative authority subordinate to the Ministry of Finance, the competence of which is specified in the Public Procurement Law, the Law on Procurement of Public Service Providers, the Law on Public-Private Partnership, the statutes of the Procurement Monitoring Bureau and other regulatory enactments.
